Today, choose to just be happy. Whether you can make it work for 5 minutes, 2 hours, 8 hours, or the whole day, take some time to just be happy. Don’t think of reasons you aren’t or can’t be, don’t worry about what’s coming up in the future, just BE HAPPY! If you are having a hard time of it, start with a gratitude list – sometimes listing what you have to be grateful for is the start of living your life in appreciation of what you have instead of despair over what you don’t have. And don’t beat yourself up if you can do it for only 5 minutes – start where you are and build on it. BE HAPPY!
