Now that wasn’t too hard, was it? Try counting your blessings this way for a week (or more). Don’t spend too much time thinking about it – just do it. It could be enlightening to see what comes up for you: maybe it’s just the fact that you slept through the night, maybe it’s the good news you got from your doctor, maybe it’s the fact that you made a decision. Big or small, we all have a lot of things for which to be grateful. Listing just 5 each day may help you to live in gratitude.
