If you are hurting, for whatever reason, reach out to someone. Let a friend, or a relative, or a hotline know you need help. It is not a bad thing to need help sometimes, even when you are used to being the helper, not the person who needs help. It can be hard to get past the feelings that others need more help, or everyone is so busy with their own problems they don’t have the bandwidth to help you. Get past it and get the help you need. You are important too!
