It is important to acknowledge your feelings. It may or may not be important to tell them to others. Be true to yourself, be kind, and do what is important to you. And be aware of your own motivation. If it feels important to tell someone else so that you can inflict pain, you motivation may be suspect. If it feels important to tell someone else because you want them to understand, your motivation may be good. And know that you have no control over how information is received, only over how you present it. Whether you share with someone or not, remember to acknowledge your feelings to yourself.
