When and where are you happiest and at peace?
Is it when you are alone or with others? Is it when you are busy, or when you can do nothing? The truth is there is no right answer to this question. Whatever works for you is what works for you, and you may find that it is different in a couple months, or it may stay the same. The important thing is to listen to your body and inner voice, and spend as much time as possible in your “happy place” with your “happy people.”
