Feel your feelings

Feel your feelings – all of them, the bad as well as the good. You are human, and humans have a full range of feelings. The reality is, you don’t get over your feelings, you get through them, and to get through them, you have to feel them first. So wallow in those bad feelings, but don’t stay there forever. Set a timer, sit with your feelings – good or bad – and when the timer rings, be done with it.
