If you are finding it hard to get done what you want to get done, maybe you need to check your motivation. Sometimes the right motivator is all you need to get moving. Something as simple as getting healthy may be enough to motivate you to finish something. But sometimes that is just too big and ambiguous – what does healthy really mean? So find a specific motivator, and use it as long as it works. Don’t be afraid to change your motivation either; something that motivated you 5 years ago may no longer be what you need.
