Today do just one little thing that will make your life better in the future. It can be so small you hardly even notice it. Do something that will have a small effect on today, but that, a year from now, may add up to a big change. Drink one less can of soda, find 5 minutes to meditate, get up 5 minutes earlier so your morning is less hectic, look in the mirror and tell yourself “I am enough” right before you leave for the day. It doesn’t matter what it is, just pick something small that you can start today, and continue going forward. It doesn’t have to be one of these, choose something that will make a difference to you.
