It is important to always remember that it is OK to be you. It is important to feel your feelings: to cry when you need to, to laugh when you need to, and to do both at once when you need to. And if you need to be seemingly irrational once in a while, then go for it. Maybe it’s not as irrational as it seems in the moment – and so what if it is? Be the best you you can be – there is no one else who is better at it!
