When you are making your list of all the things you need to do today, don’t forget to put some “me time” in it. Take some time to recharge your batteries: have a cup of tea, take a nap, sit and think, read, just catch your breath. It is hard to find time for yourself in this crazy-busy world, and it is so important to do it. You can’t take care of anyone else if you are run down and depleted. Self-care is NOT optional!
