Are you taking care of yourself? Are you remembering that if you don’t take care of yourself, you eventually will be unable to take care of anyone else? Don’t forget your self-care! Take that 5 minutes to relax. Get enough sleep. Eat healthy foods. Get some exercise. And remember, when your children and other people around you see you doing this, you are being a great example to them. You are showing them that it is a necessary and good thing to do. You don’t have to preach about it, just do it.
